Dupont jumper wires are in almost every STEM kit, from micro:bit and Arduino to robotics projects. They are also one of the most common sources of quality complaints: loose connections, intermittent contact and inconsistent lengths can frustrate students and teachers in the classroom.
As a sourcing partner for STEM education brands, we work closely with our manufacturers and visit their production lines regularly. In this video, we follow a custom Dupont wire order through the main production steps.
